OUR FAMILY
Owned and operated by Caroline Lynch since October 2006, Koala is a family-owned childcare and early-years learning centre that caters for over 40 children daily.
For over 17 years, we have strived to be a home away from home, and are dedicated to providing quality care and education for children aged between one and five years old. We pride ourselves on our family-oriented environment, where children can flourish in a warm and caring, hands-on approach. Our aim is to support each child so that they can grow and achieve their utmost potential with confidence and independence.
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. We close for Bank Holidays, Easter and the Christmas period.
WHAT WE OFFER
NUTRITION IS KEY
We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks to the children.
Our hot meals are prepared by Little Dinners, who ensure there is no salt, sugar, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives added to the meals. We do not offer pork, beef or lamb on our menus, and we happily cater to all dietary requirements.
OUTDOORS PLAY IS ESSENTIAL
At Koala, we believe in the freedom of children playing outdoors, whether that be running, jumping, climbing or exploring. We have a private and secure outdoor play area where children can explore while nurturing their development such as fine motor skills and coordination.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We provide the children with nappies from Irish eco-brand Kit & Kin, biodegradable, plastic-free wipes from Kinder By Nature, along with Sudocrem (when needed!) We are also proud to partner with the fabulous team at Stretch n Grow, who provide in-house classes weekly.
Everything mentioned above is included in your monthly fee, so you won't have any surprise extras for you to worry about throughout each month at Koala.
